Pillivuyt's dishes and moulds present food in the most beautiful way and create a complete culinary experience from oven to table. The porcelain is not only highly resistant to impact and shock. Pillivuyt's ovenproof porcelain also withstands thermal shock from -30°C to +350°C - so you can take the dish out of the freezer and put it straight into a hot oven.
So you can easily prepare a pie, a lasagne or something else and then freeze the dish to put it in the oven at your convenience. The unique properties of porcelain are due to the special porcelain body and the extremely high temperature at which it is fired.
Pillivuyt porcelain also has the great property of absorbing and distributing heat in an optimal way - so food stays hot long after it's taken out of the oven.
