Ancel ANJ400 Car Fuel Injector Cleaner
The ANCEL ANJ400 is a professional fuel injector cleaning and testing machine for gasoline injectors. It combines ultrasonic cleaning with microprocessor-controlled fuel pressure regulation and supports injector diagnosis, maintenance and performance testing. Functions include ultrasonic cleaning, spray pattern and atomization testing, injection flow testing and leak testing, as well as simulation of different engine operating conditions from 100 to 9,900 rpm. With operating pressure up to 8 bar, adjustable fuel pressure and pulse width, and a digital display, the ANJ400 provides detailed control and monitoring. Support for low-resistance injectors and backflushing further expands its diagnostic and cleaning capabilities.
The machine supports spray pattern and atomization testing, injection flow testing over a 15-second period, and leak testing under system pressure. Engine operating conditions can also be simulated, including acceleration, deceleration and combined acceleration-deceleration modes, with a simulated RPM range from 100 to 9,900 rpm. Operating pressure can be adjusted up to 8 bar, while pulse width and simulation parameters can be configured through the digital control panel.
The ANJ400 also supports backflushing and long-term testing of low-resistance injectors, including 1Ω types. Its automatic pressure relief function releases fuel system pressure in the event of a sudden power shutdown. A wide selection of adapters and connectors provides compatibility with GDI, EFI, MPI and SFI injector types.
