Sunlu PLA Classic Black is made for fast FDM printing where clean results and easy handling are important. The filament supports speeds of up to 600 mm/s, with 60–150 mm/s recommended for a balance between print speed and detail. It can be printed at 190–230°C and has a 1.75 mm diameter with a tolerance of ±0.02 mm. The matte black finish gives printed parts a subdued, professional appearance, while the 18 kJ/m² mechanical strength makes the material suitable for prototypes, functional parts, and everyday models.
The material has a mechanical strength of 18 kJ/m² and a density of 1.24 g/cm³, giving finished parts a solid structure suitable for prototypes, functional components, and general-purpose models. Its matte black surface is particularly useful when a less reflective, more understated finish is preferred.
Handling is also straightforward. The 1.75 mm filament has a diameter tolerance of ±0.02 mm, while controlled winding helps maintain a steady feed during printing. Once a model is finished, support structures can be removed with relatively little effort, keeping post-processing simple.
