This peacock-shaped umbrella bath toy fills up and makes bubbles when submerged in water and gently comes back out when the umbrella is raised and turned over.
Submerge the peacock umbrella upside down and let it fill with water as the bubbles come out.
Lift the umbrella and turn it over and see how the water comes out of the peacock's mouth and it gently rains from the umbrella.
For extra fun, you can push the top of the umbrella and watch it spin.
