These easy-to-attach motion plates give your NEO, NEO 2 or NEO 2T smart training resistance a multi-directional movement, making the ride feel even more realistic and allowing you to enjoy a more comfortable workout. The platform allows the training resistance to move longitudinally, which is more like riding a bike. The entire bike moves a couple of centimeters forward and backward, giving you a smoother ride out of the saddle and is a great addition for longer workouts.
