The Revopoint POP 4 3D Scanner is a versatile scanning solution for handheld and desktop use. It combines blue multi-line laser, infrared structured light, and VCSEL projection technologies to capture objects ranging from small components to larger models. With accuracy up to 0.03 mm, RGB color scanning, Real-Time AI Segmentation, and Gaussian Splatting support, it enables detailed 3D model creation for design, reverse engineering, quality control, and 3D printing. Wi-Fi 6 and USB-C connectivity provide flexible operation with Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS devices.
The scanner delivers accuracy up to 0.03 mm in laser mode and captures detailed geometry of technical parts, mechanical components, figures, and everyday objects. RGB color scanning and Gaussian Splatting support allow users to create detailed and realistic 3D models, while Real-Time AI Segmentation automatically removes backgrounds and unwanted elements during scanning.
With support for up to 105 frames per second and high-speed point capture, the POP 4 provides smooth tracking and efficient scanning of both small details and larger objects. The device can also handle many dark and shiny surfaces without additional preparation.
Revo Scan 6 software allows captured models to be edited and exported in formats including STL, OBJ, PLY, FBX, GLTF, 3MF, ASC, and SPLAT for use in CAD, 3D printing, visualization, and digital projects. With Wi-Fi 6, USB-C connectivity, and compatibility with Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS, the POP 4 is suitable for product development, reverse engineering, inspection, and creative applications.
