The new Moka Induction Edition 2.0 moka pot from Bialetti is reinforced with a patented double-layer water kettle.
The familiar octagonal design from the classic Moka Express goes again in the aluminum top, while the lower double-layer water boiler is cast in stainless steel and reinforced with an extra aluminum layer on the inside. With the heat-insulating ergonomic soft-touch silicone handle, the Moka Induction edition 2.0 is a sure winner.
Fill water up to the valve in the lower container
Place the coffee filter and fill with coffee ground especially for moka pots
Turn the top on and place on the stove on medium heat
Wait until the coffee is brewed and serve
