The disc steel brush provides an extra fine surface finish. The disc is equipped with copper-coated, corrugated wire for easy and moderately demanding cleaning tasks on small surfaces. It is ideal for removing heat tint on welds and also suitable for cleaning smaller surfaces in metal or non-ferrous metals, edges or grooves. This disc steel brush is also suitable for removing rust, roughening, matting, texturing and sanding paint on metal and wood. The copper-coated wires on the disc provide protection against corrosion. Brush wires are available in different thicknesses depending on how strong the abrasive effect needs to be. Thicker wires are more aggressive and provide a coarser but faster surface finish while thinner wires provide finer, smoother surface results.
