The smoker's digital control panel allows you to easily adjust the temperature between 38°C and 137°C, giving you full control over the cooking process. It also includes a timer function, programmable from 0 to 24 hours, allowing for flexible cooking times. The fat tray also doubles as a liquid reservoir, while the chip tray sits conveniently above the heating element, ensuring even and effective smoking. The pull-out chip tray makes adding wood chips simple and efficient, reducing the need to open the door and letting you continue smoking without interruptions.
